Ayurvedic treatments
As a holistic practice, Ayurveda is an art of living that considers all aspects of the human being, from the most abstract: spirituality, to the more concrete: the physical body.

Science of life
Ancestral medicine created by the Rishis, the Sages of classical India, Ayurveda was developed to better understand the functioning of nature, and through it, of all living beings.
The term Ayurveda is generally translated as “knowledge (or science) of life”.
The tools of Ayurveda are anchored in daily life:
- diet,
- detoxification and purification,
- yoga and pranayama,
- meditation,
- herbal medicine,
- and massage.
” I am made of the universe, and the universe is made of me “
Ayurvedic proverb.

Ayurvedic massage
In all Ayurvedic medical treatises, massage appears not only as a body therapy, but above all as a daily health practice.
In India, the entire society practices Ayurvedic massage, with different family members massaging each other from an early age.
Ayurvedic massage, beyond its relaxing virtues, offers many other benefits:
- It tones and relaxes the muscular tissues and nourishes the skin,
- It improves blood and lymphatic circulation,
- It increases and releases the flow of oxygen to the tissues,
- It participates in the elimination of body waste,
- It increases the immune response,
- It makes the joints more flexible,
- It relaxes the spine, improving the transmission of nerve impulses to the organs and the whole body,
- It increases concentration,
- It regenerates and preserves youthful qualities.
